Albert is the IT Infrastructure Manager at the The University of Iowa Foundation. He has been in the IT profession for over 15 years. His specialties include IT security, database management, data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and project management. Albert is also a volunteer for the Johnson county Emergency Management Agency. He is also a former professional ski instructor and a native of Iowa. Albert and his wife Jenny have two children, Marissa and Alexander, that attend GSC.
Tim is in his final semester of graduate school at Iowa. He is pursuing a second career in the field of social work. Tim will graduate with his Master's of Social Work in May 2016. Before pursuing his passion in social work, Tim worked in the construction industry for nearly a decade. He served as a project manager for both residential and commercial construction, as well as working on the retail and whole sale side of the construction industry. He is a busy dad to Charlee (Red Room) and Cooper (Orange Room), and husband to Dr. Abbey Hardey-Fairbanks
Andrea graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Psychology. She was a Lead Teacher at GSC from 2008-2014, spending time in both the Yellow and Blue Rooms. She currently stays home with her two young daughters: Kameron (3), and Karleigh (1). In her free time she enjoys going to Hawkeye sporting events with her husband Doug.
Jess is a PhD researcher appointed as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Iowa. She came to Iowa City to attend the University of Iowa where she studied Biomedical Engineering and was a member of the UI women's rowing team. Her husband let Jess finish graduate school first, and he finished graduate school around the same time they welcomed their daughter Emily. Their son, Christopher, followed two years later. Jess and her family currently live in a little old house on the East side of Iowa City with their sweet black lab, Lilly, and their grumpy old cat, Jonah.
